The Only Recognised Practice in the Illawarra
What makes this recognition even more meaningful is that South Coast Orthodontics was the only orthodontic or dental practice in the Illawarra region to be acknowledged at this level.
No other local dentist or orthodontist received national recognition that year. This speaks volumes about the standard our team maintains daily and confirms that care delivered locally can stand among the best in Australia.
What “Team of the Year” Truly Means
When I think about our team, I don’t see job titles, I see human moments that define patient-centred orthodontic care.
I see:
- A nervous child being gently reassured
- Parents receiving clear, honest guidance
- Teenagers being treated with respect and transparency
- Adults gaining confidence after years of insecurity
I see team members taking extra time to explain procedures in simple language so patients feel informed. I see follow-up calls after major appointments. I see our front desk remembering names and personal details that make people feel valued.
