National Recognition at the Australian Dentistry Awards
At a national level, our practice was recognised in two major categories at the Australian Dentistry Awards, held at the iconic Melbourne Town Hall.

These awards represent some of the most competitive and respected distinctions in the Australian dental profession, recognising clinical leadership, patient outcomes, and practice excellence.
What made this recognition especially meaningful was that South Coast Orthodontics was the only orthodontic or dental practice in the Illawarra region to receive national recognition. No other local dentist or orthodontist was acknowledged in any category.
To be the sole regional representative affirmed that Illawarra patients are receiving care recognised at the highest professional standards in Australia.

Dr Kamal Ahmed received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Stevie International Business Awards in Lisbon, Portugal, widely regarded as one of the world’s premier business awards programs.
